MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 239, May 29, 1989 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 125 RECLUSTERING THE CABINET MEMBERS INTO SMALLER GROUPS AND RECONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP THEREOF Memorandum Order No. 125 dated November 6, 1987 is hereby amended to include therein as “Cluster F” the committee created under Administrative Order No. 58 dated February 16, 1988, as amended. “Cluster F” shall deal primarily with vital issues and concerns affecting peace and order and law enforcement. Administrative Order 58 dated February 16, 1988, as amended, is hereby revoked.1aшphi1 This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
