MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 229, March 30, 1989 ] AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL COMMISSION ON THE ROLE OF FILIPINO WOMEN (NCRFW) TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Budget and Management, the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women which is mandated to integrate women in the national development efforts is hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan under Executive Order No. 530 effective January 1, 1989. The amount needed to implement the salary rates authorized herein shall be taken from the agency’s appropriation. The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum Order.1aшphi1 (Sgd.) CORAZON C.
