[ Memorandum Order No. 224, March 13, 1989 ]

CONSTITUTING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MALACANAN PALACE

There is hereby constituted a Committee to take charge of the administration, maintenance, preservation and accountability of property and assets of the Malacanan Palace composed of the following:

Chairman-	Presidential Legal Counsel in his capacity as Chairman of the Presidential Staff
Members-	Representative of the Executive Secretary
	The Chief of Presidential Protocol
	The Social Secretary
	Representative of the PSG Commander
	Representative-Liaison of the Malacanang Museo Foundation

The Malacanang Household shall turn over to the Committee the administration, maintenance, preservation and accountability of the Malacanan Palace, including such property, assets and personnel as may be deemed part of the Palace.

The Committee shall coordinate with the Museo Foundation in connection with the latter’s function pertaining to the operation and management of the public tours at the Palace.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
