CREATING AN AD-HOC COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE REPORTED MISUSE OR MISAPPLICATION OF THE LOST OR MISSING TCAA AND COMMERCIAL CHECKS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

There is hereby created an Ad-Hoc Committee to investigate the reported misuse or misapplication of the lost or missing TCAA and Commercial Checks of this Office composed of the following:

The Committee shall immediately look into all the circumstances surrounding this case, its possible causes, the persons involved not only in this Office but also those in other agencies, including private individuals, if any. It shall recommend the appropriate administrative and/or criminal cases to be filed, as well as remedial measures to prevent repetition of similar cases.

The Committee is hereby authorized to call on any official, employee or agency of the government for such assistance as may be necessary for the accomplishment of its task. It shall likewise coordinate with the National Bureau of Investigation which has been requested to assist in the investigation of this case.

The Committee shall submit its report within thirty (30) days from date hereof.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
