MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 217, January 18, 1989 ] REALIGNING THE SALARIES OF POSITIONS IN THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS WITH THOSE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Budget and Management, the Commission on Elections is hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan effective not earlier than December 1, 1988. Funds for this purpose shall be charged against the appropriations of COMELEC for CY 1988 and CY 1989.1aшphi1 The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum Order.
