[ Memorandum Order No. 1, February 28, 1986 ]

CREATING A TASK FORCE TO OVERSEE AND LOOK INTO THE OPERATIONS OF ALL GAMBLING CASINOS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.

There is hereby created a Task Force to oversee and look into the operations of all gambling casinos throughout the country composed of the following:

Mr. Carmelo Lazatin . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .	Chairman
Representative from the Ministry of Justice. . . . . . .	Member
Representative from the Commission on Audit. . . . .	Member
Representative from the Philippine Constabulary. .	Member

The Task Force shall see to it that the government’s share in the income of the casinos is safeguarded and that auditing rules and regulations are strictly complied with. It may enlist the support and assistance of other agencies of the government in the performance of its task.

The Task Force shall submit progress reports on the accomplishment of its task for the information of this Office.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
