MODIFYING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 708 DATED JULY 27, 1981, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 832 DATED OCTOBER 1, 1982.

Section 23 of Executive Order No. 708 dated July 27, 1981, as amended by Executive Order No. 832 dated October 1, 1982, is hereby modified to the extent that the National Stud Farm is hereby transferred from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to the Philippine Racing Commission.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
