CREATING A COMMITTEE TO DETERMINE THE ADVISABILITY OF ACQUIRING TABACALERA INC. PROPERTIES IN ISABELA IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGRARIAN REFORM PROGRAM.

There is hereby created, an Action Committee to determine the advisability of acquiring the Tabacalera Inc. landholdings in Isabela in connection with the agrarian reform program and, if warranted, to formulate the corresponding plans therefor.

The following are appointed to the Committee:

The Committee shall submit to the Executive Office as soon as possible its findings and recommendations as well as the Action Program shall include the infrastructural development of the area, the training of the tenant farmers in various skills, the extension if agricultural services to these farmers, their organization into cooperatives, and the eventual transfer of the land to them.

All government departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities are hereby enjoined to extend all support and cooperation to this Committee for the speedy and successful performance of its functions.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
