[ Memorandum Order No. 202, October 12, 1970 ]

REQUIRING SUBMISSION BY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF A CHRONOLOGY OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERIOD 1965 TO 1969, AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO SUMMARIZE, DIGEST AND COORDINATE THE REPORTS SUBMITTED.

All departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby directed to submit to the President, through the Committee created hereunder within fifteen (15) days from receipt or notice of this Order, a chronological statement or report of their respective activities covering the period from 1965 to 1969 with particular emphasis on and specification of the problems they had to cope with and how these problems were met and resolved.1aшphi1

The reports thus sent in hereunder shall be summarized, digested and consolidated and thereafter submitted to the President by a Committee which is hereby created for the purpose to be composed of the following members:
