[ Memorandum Order No. 105, July 3, 1968 ]

REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF LISTS OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN EACH DIVISION OR PRIMARY UNIT IN THIS OFFICE WHO FAILEDD TO FILE THEIR INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR 1967.

In pursuance of Memorandum Circular No. 192 dated June 17, 1968, chiefs of divisions and heads of primary units are hereby-directed to submit to the Administrative Division not later than Monday, July 15, 1968, a list of officials and employees under their respective divisions/units who failed to file their income tax returns for 1967.1aшphi1

For this purpose, each official and employee shall present to his chief of division/unit proof of his having filed his income tax returns by showing his tax filer’s copy duly stamped received by the Bureau of Internal Revenue or a certification from the said bureau of his having filed the same Presidential Assistants, Technical Assistants and other officials and employees who are not directly assigned to any particular division or primary unit in this Office, including those assigned on field duty, shall , present their proof directly to the Administrative Division not later than the aforesaid date.

Those who may fail to submit by July 15, 1968, the proof required above shall be presumed to have failed to file their income tax returns for 1967 for purposes of taking such administrative action against them as may be deemed warranted

Strict compliance with this Order is enjoined.
