MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 117, September 22, 2006 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF PROFESSIONAL FORESTERS IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE 58TH ANNIVERSARY AND NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE SOCIETY OF FILIPINO FORESTERS, INC. The Society of Filipino Foresters, Inc. ( SFFI ) will hold its 58th Anniversary and National Convention on September 27 to 29, 2006 at the Casablanca Hotel, Legaspi City.1âшphi1 In this connection, Professional Foresters in various government agencies and local government units are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned convention on official time only at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
