MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 115, September 22, 2006 ] AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF OFFICIALSAND EMPLOYEES IN VARIOUS NATIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNERS The Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners ( PIEP) will hold its National Convention on November 10 to 11, 2006, with the theme : "GO GREEN: PLANNING FOR A GREENER PHILIPPINES" at the Occupational Safety and Health Center, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.1âшphi1 In support of the government’s efforts towards a better Philippines environment, officials and employees in various national and local government units are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention on official time only at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries , provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
