[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 261, September 23, 1970 ]

PLACING THE PORT OF CALAPAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO AND ITS FACILITIES UNDER THE JURISDICTION, ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS

By virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 606 of the Tariff and Customs Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby place the Port of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro under the jurisdiction, administration and control of the Bureau of Customs.

This Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy.1âшphi1
