[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 254, August 25, 1970 ]

FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 132, DATED DECEMBER 27, 1937, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 214, DATED JULY 10, 1939, WHICH CREATED THE PROVINCIAL APPRAISAL COMMITTEE

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the composition of the Provincial Appraisal Committee by designating the Provincial Engineer as member thereof to replace the District Engineer. In provinces where no such position exists, the Public Works or Highway District Engineer, depending on whose jurisdiction the matter falls, shall sit as member of the Committee, provided that if there are two or more Engineering Districts in the province, the Public Works or Highway District Engineer of the Engineering District concerned shall sit as member of the Committee.

Executive Order No. 132, dated December 27, 1937, as amended by Executive Order No. 214, dated July 10, 1939, is hereby amended or modified accordingly.
