RECONSTITUTING THE PEACE AND ORDER COORDINATING COUNCIL

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by law, and realizing the need for the active participation of citizen groups in the over-all drive for peace and order, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reconstitute the Peace and Order Coordinating Council to be composed of the following:

The President of the Philippines - Chairman
Secretary of Justice - Vice-Chairman
Executive Secretary - Member & Executive Secretary
Chairman, Police Commission - Member
Chief of Constabulary - Member
Director, National Bureau of Investigation - Member
Representative of the Department of National Defense on Peace and Order - Member
Representative of the Publishing Group - Member
Representative of the Catholic Group - Member
Representative of the Protestant Group - Member
Representative of the Iglesia ni Kristo - Member
Representative of the Civic Assembly of Women - Member
Representative of the Youth Group - Member
A representative each of two civic organizations - Member

This supersedes Executive Order No. 122 dated March 11, 1968.
