TRANSFERRING CERTAIN AGENCIES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO THE REGULAR EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES

In line with the policy of streamlining the functions and operations of national government agencies and decentralizing the functions of the office of the President, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby transfer the following agencies, together with their appropriations, equipment, property, records and such personnel as may be necessary, to the regular departments and agencies indicated opposite each:

All executive orders, administrative orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Order are hereby revoked.
