CONFERRING CABINET RANK UPON THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NACIDA)

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby elevate the Administrator of the NACIDA to the rank of a Member of the Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to that position.
