[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 132, May 24, 1968 ]

FURTHER AMENDING PARAGRAPH 1, SUB-PARAGRAPH (b) OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34 DATED JUNE 1, 1954, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 106 DATED DECEMBER 11, 1967, DECLARING THAT PORTION OF BENGUET ROAD (KENNON ROAD) FROM KLONDYKE’S SPRING TO CAMP SIX WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AS TOLL ROAD AND FIXING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREON

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend the first paragraph, sub-paragraph (b) of Executive Order No. 34 dated June 1, 1954, as amended by Executive Order No. 106 dated December 11, 1967, to read as follows:

“(b) 1. Automobiles, cars, pick-ups and station wagons, each P4.00

2. Jeeps and auto calesas, each P2.00

This rate of increase shall take effect on June 17, 1968.

Done in the City of Manila, this 24th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
