MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 98, October 31, 1967 ] FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30 DATED JANUARY 14, 1963, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 3 DATED JANUARY 5, 1966, CREATING THE NATIONAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby further amend Executive Order No. 30 dated January 14, 1963, as amended by Executive Order No. 3 dated January 5, 1966, by designating the Assistant Executive Secretary for Local Affairs as Treasurer thereof, in lieu of the Executive Secretary.
