[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 94, October 23, 1967 ]

REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 200, ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 18, 1965, ENTITLED “DIRECTING THE BOARD OF LIQUIDATORS TO ACQUIRE, ADMINISTER AND DISPOSE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RAILWAYS.”

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 200, dated on November 18, 1965, which directed the Board of Liquidators to acquire, administer and dispose of certain real property of the Philippine National Railways.

The PNR is hereby authorized to dispose of its real property including those covered by its abandoned rights of way.
