By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to take charge of the rehabilitation of released prisoners; composed of the following:

The Director of Prisons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Member

The Chairman, Board of Pardons and Parole . “

The President, Friendship Incorporated . . . . “

The Director, Office of Manpower Services, Department of Labor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . “

The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the Government for such assistance as it nay need for the accomplishment of its task.ℒαwρhi৷
