MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 63, January 15, 1964 ] AMENDING FURTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 72, DATED DECEMBER 3, 1936, ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION OF PORTS The port of Cotabato, Cotabato City, is hereby included in the classification of National Ports open to coastwise trade.1âшphi1 Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, as amended by Executive Order No. 195, dated March 3, 1939, Executive Order No. 254, dated February 20, 1940, and Executive Order No. 289, dated July 8, 1940, is hereby further amended accordingly.
