[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 110, April 14, 1955 ]

RECLASSIFYING ALL MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PHILIPPINES

Pursuant to the provisions of section five of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and fifty-four, the following municipalities are hereby reclassified as indicated herein, in accordance with the schedule provided in section two thousand one hundred and seventy of the Administrative Code, as amended by section one of said Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and fifty-four, on the basis of their average, annual income during the four consecutive fiscal years, ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, as certified by the General Auditing Office:

Any municipality which, by virtue hereof, is raised in classification shall provide for the full amount of the increase in salary to which the justice of the peace thereof is entitled until the said amount shall have been duly provided in the Annual General Appropriation Act.

This reclassification shall take effect as of July 1, 1954.1a⍵⍴h!1
