EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 610

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 592, DATED MAY 8, 1953, ENTITLED “REDUCING THE 1952 TAXES ON ALL REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE”

The public interest so requiring, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 53 of Commonwealth Act No. 470, as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 534, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, do hereby remit the 50% of the 1952 taxes on all real properties located in the Province of Masbate on condition that all the unpaid taxes and penalties corresponding to 1951 and previous years and the remaining 50% of the 1952 taxes shall be paid on or before August 31, 1953.

Executive order No. 592, dated May 8, 1953, is hereby amended accordingly.1a⍵⍴h!1
