MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 454, June 22, 1951 ] FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 24, DATED NOVEMBER 12, 1946, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED “CREATING THE NATIONAL ADVISORY HEALTH COUNCIL”.
