MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 273, September 29, 1949 ] AMENDING FURTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 72, DATED DECEMBER 3, 1936, ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION OF PORTS. The port of Ozamiz, Province of Occidental Misamis, is hereby included in the classification of National Ports open to coastwise trade. Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, as amended by Executive Order No. 195, dated March 3, 1939, Executive Order No. 254, dated February 20, 1940, and Executive Order No. 289, dated July 8, 1940, is hereby further amended accordingly. Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fourth.1âшphi1 (SGD.)
