[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 149, July 07, 1948 ]

AMENDING PARAGRAPH 3(B) OF EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 95, DATED OCTOBER 13, 1947

In view of the establishment of a customs outpost in Taganak, Turtle Islands, and the assignment of a customs officer therein under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Customs, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby revoke the power of the municipal district mayor of the Turtle Islands to act as deputy of the Collector of Customs.

Paragraph 3 (b) of Executive Order No. 95, dated October 13, 1947, as amended by Executive Order No. 130, dated April 21, 1948, is hereby further amended accordingly.1a⍵⍴h!1

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
