[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 138, May 12, 1948 ]

ABOLISHING THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF SAN MIGUEL AND LIBAS IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO AND ANNEXING THE TERRITORIES THEREOF TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGO, SAME PROVINCE

Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Surigao, concurred in by the Secretary of the Interior, and pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the municipal districts of San Miguel and Libas in the Province of Surigao are hereby abolished and their territories annexed to the municipality of Tago, same province, as separate barrios thereof.

The changes herein made shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
