[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 98, October 21, 1947 ]

FIXING THE CLOTHING ALLOWANCE AND PER DIEMS OF OFFICERS AND ENLISTED MEN OF THE ARMY OF THE PHILIPPINES SENT TO THE U.S. ARMY SERVICE SCHOOLS.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby prescribe that, commencing with the academic year 1947-48, and until otherwise provided, the clothing allowance and per diems of officers and enlisted men of the Army of the Philippines sent to the U. S. Army Service Schools shall be as follows:

Clothing allowance:
For Officers ₱500.00
For Enlisted Men 300.00
Per Diems:
For Officers ₱14.00
For Enlisted Men 8.00

Provided, however, That where such officers and enlisted men are furnished free quarters while undergoing training, corresponding deductions shall be made from the amounts fixed for their per diems.

All orders or parts thereof inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.1a⍵⍴h!1
