[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 112, December 17, 1947 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 65, DATED JUNE 27, 1947, SO AS TO ALLOW THE LIMITED EXPORTATION OF SAWN LUMBER FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 65, dated June 27, 1947, so as to allow the exportation of sawn lumber by any actual producer thereof under the same terms and conditions therein prescribed with reference to the exportation of logs and flitches.

This Order shall be in force for a period of six months from December 4, 1947.1a⍵⍴h!1

Done at the City of Manila, this 17th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
