REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 20-W

WHEREAS, the seat of Commonwealth Government has now been re-established in Manila and normal governmental functions have been restored in the Philippines;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SERGIO OSMEŅA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 20-W prescribing instructions for the conduct of public affairs of the Commonwealth Government in the United States during the absence of the president.
