REDUCING BY THIRTY PER CENTUM THE TAX ON ALL PERMANENT PLANTS AND/OR TREES ALL THE PROVINCES AND THE CITIES OF DAVAO AND ZAMBOANGA FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE

The public interest so requiring, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section fifty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and seventy, section twenty-seven of Commonwealth Act numbered Fifty-one, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-two, and section twenty-seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered Thirty-nine, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred and fifty, do hereby reduce by thirty per centum the real property tax due on all permanent plants and/or trees on any taxable real property in all the provinces and the cities of Davao and Zamboanga for the calendar year nineteen hundred and forty-one.1âшphi1

This Order shall take effect as of January first, nineteen hundred and forty-one.

Done at the City of Manila, this seventh day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-one, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the sixth.
