There is hereby created a committee to be known as the General Committee on President Roosevelt’s Birthday Celebration, to be composed of the following members:1âшphi1

The Committee is created for the purpose of making arrangements for and attending to giving a ball in honor of President Roosevelt’s Birthday on January thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, to raise funds for the promotion of research work in the control of poliomyelitis or infantile paralysis.

Done at the City of Manila, this tenth day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the first.
