MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 160-A, December 13, 1994 ] AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 160 ENTITLED, “CREATING THE NATIONAL ORGANIZING COMMISSION FOR THE 1996 ASIA-PACIFIC ECONOMIC COOPERATION (APEC) MEETINGS AND PRESCRIBING ITS AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS” Section 1. (Organization). The following shall be included as additional members of the National Organizing Commission: 1. Secretary of the Department of Finance 2. Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Section 2. (Executive Committee). The three private sector representatives of the APEC-EC shall be appointed by the President. Section 3.
