MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 242, October 02, 1970 ] FURTHER AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 215 DATED APRIL 22, 1970, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED “CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR THE 21ST COLOMBO PLAN CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE MEETING.” I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Administrative Order No. 215 dated April 22, 1970, as amended, entitled “Creating an Executive Committee for the 21st Colombo Plan Consultative Committee Meeting”, by designating Mr. NICANOR Y. FUENTES, Executive Director, National Economic Council, as member thereof to replace Mr. Rizalino R.
