MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 221, June 16, 1970 ] AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 181, DATED OCTOBER 14, 1969, CREATING A TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FREE PORTS The Technical Committee created under Administrative Order No. 181, dated October 14, 1969, shall have as additional members a representative each from the Board of Investments and the Central Bank of the Philippines.£A⩊phi£ The said Technical Committee may also solicit such assistance from the private sector as may be necessary for the attainment of its objectives.
