CREATING THE CITIZENS’ COMMITTEE ON ORDER AND JUSTICE

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create the Citizens’ Committee on Order and Justice to be the action arm in the Greater Manila area of the Peace and Order Coordinating Council, composed of the following:

The Committee herein created is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its functions and solicit from the public and conduct such shows or programs to carry out its activities.
