MANGAHAS OF PANAMAO, LUUK, PATA AND TONGKIL, SULU After a restudy of the administrative case against former Justice of the Peace Marcelo T. Mangahas of Panamao, Luuk, Pata and Tongkil, Sulu, I am satisfied that sufficient justification exists for modifying the decision thereon removing him from office.
