MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 188, March 15, 1956 ] MODIFYING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 128, DATED JULY 18, 1955, CONCERNING FORMER CITY ATTORNEY NICETAS F. ABENOJA OF ORMOC CITY. After a restudy of the administrative case against former City Attorney Nicetas F. Abenoja of Ormoc City, I am satisfied that sufficient justification exists for modifying the decision thereon removing him from office. In view thereof, Administrative Order No. 128, dated July 18, 1955, is hereby modified in the sense that the respondent is considered resigned without prejudice to reinstatement.1âшphi1 Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
