MODIFYING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 67, DATED AUGUST 12, 1948, SO AS TO CONSIDER MR. JOSE Z. TIAPON AS HAVING RESIGNED FROM THE SERVICE AS CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE CITY OF DAVAO

Upon further consideration of Administrative Order No. 67, dated August 12, 1948, removing Mr. Jose Z. Tiapon from office as Chief of Police of the City of Davao, in the light of new facts and circumstances brought to my attention, the decision is hereby modified so as to consider Mr. Jose Z. Tiapon as having resigned.ᇈWᑭHIL
